Handwashing After Restroom

26 Jul 2021 by John Mitchell

Hey everyone, just wanted to make sure we are clear on the handwashing policy after we use the restroom.

Something we did not coach as hard during the dining room closure was that we need to wash our hands twice, once in the restroom and once on front counter, after going into the restroom. While this may seem unnecessary, the reasoning behind it is for guest perception. We want guests to always be absolutely sure we are washing our hands, so anyone in the restroom will see you wash and then anyone who sees you come out of the restroom will also see you wash your hands on front counter. This applies to kitchen as well, please do not walk back into the kitchen from the restroom without washing your hands visibly on front counter.

Please ask any leader if you have any questions or need clarification. Thanks!
