Going into the months after Christmas, historically it is a slower season, therefore, making hours more competitive. This means that the number of team members we use per shift become LESS. No hours are guaranteed and many of you will be scheduled fewer shifts.
Here are some ways you can be competitive to get the hours you desire:
- Adjust your availability. The more hours you can give us the more hours we can give you.(Priority days for Tuesday and Thursday from 7-4)
- When you are working, be sure to follow standards, have a sense of urgency, be hospitable, and be the best team member you can be for each shift.
- Constantly releasing your shifts will give the appearance that you DO NOT want to work, so be proactive with your schedule and requests off in hot schedules
- If you have any concerns or questions about your schedule or how you can get more hours, please talk to a LEADER.
