Update to Employee Food Policy

17 Mar 2022 by John Mitchell

Hey everyone,

During the last two years Scott generously allowed us to adjust our food policy to show care during a difficult time; the main change being to let people take food home even if they did not work long enough to take a break. Previously, if you worked less than 5 hours, you did not receive anything free, since you did not take a break, but the last two years we have been providing a full meal regardless of what hours you worked that day.

Going forward, the new policy will be slightly different, but we will still be providing food to everyone who works.

If you work a shift and go on break during it, the same rules apply with an Entree and two sides.

The change comes if you work a shorter shift that does not get a break, or if you elect to not go on break during a longer shift. Now these shifts you are allowed to get 1 entree OR 1 side OR 1 dessert. Items not included in this are Entree Salads, 30 ct nuggets and 10ct Minis. If you would like something in addition to this item, you may promo free your entree and drink and employee discount at 50% off for the rest; please just let a leader on front counter know this is what you are doing.

If you have any other questions about this, please ask a director or supervisor and we will be happy to help!
