Hey everyone!!

Over the next few weeks we’re putting a renewed focus on hospitality — the kind of care and “unreasonable hospitality” that makes guests feel valued and excited to return.

We’ve created a short series of training videos on Pathway that every Team Member must complete between now and January 15th titled “Heart of Chick-fil-A Lassiter/Sprayberry.” Each of you will receive two paid breaks to watch the videos. Simply go up to your leader when you are going on break and ask to take a paid break to complete the videos. If you are unable to finish during those two breaks, you will need to complete the remaining content on your own time.

This training is mandatory for all Team Members, and we will be tracking completion in Pathway to ensure everyone gets it finished in a timely manner.

Hospitality doesn’t just improve the guest experience — it also serves as one of our strongest forms of marketing. When guests feel cared for, they come back more often, tell others about their experience, and help grow our sales, which benefits the entire team.
